Output

We can fetch output using 2 different ways.

Example1 – If we only want output within a specified date time period, we’ll use data time period option and input our start and end date.

Example 2 – If we want output based on the Lookback and Lookforward days.

To add-on, we have one more functionality whether we want to fetch the entire patient diagnosis history or limit it only to DPM codes.

Summary

Please always click SAVE and Generate Summary to submit the cohort and it will take ~10 to 15mins to complete the cohort.

Please click on the view cohort summary to see the summary of the cohort. It will show you the entire patient cohort, patient demographic, HCP related, claim related information in form of embedded sigma dashboard.

Patient count – It will show the overall patient distribution across the study time period and other patient related metrics, plan_type, specialty based information.

HCP Count – It will show the overall HCP distribution across the study time period, and other HCP related metrics, plan_type, specialty based information.

HCP Universe – It’s a deep-dive into each individual HCP and see related metrics.

HCP Profile – Profiling each HCP based on specialty and account information and related patient metrics that the HCP is catering to.

Claim count – Overall claim count distribution across the time period, claim distribution at TG2/TG3/TG4 levels and Days of supply information.
